aged care and real estate industry in Australia and since the late
1980's, has been self employed as a specialist consultant in the field
of planning, management and marketing of retirement housing and residential
aged care facilities. Lyal has a Diploma in Business - Real Estate
Management and is a licenced Real Estate Agent, Business Agent, and
Stock & Station Agent.
Lyal is also an accredited Advisor under Div 66a (Sanctions provisions) of the Commonwealth Aged Care Act 1997.
